A Jefferson City man wanted in connection with a Cole County home break-in last Friday was taken into custody Wednesday afternoon in Camden County by the Missouri Highway Patrol.
Chad Hill, 26, 4213 Oak Lane, was arrested for first-degree tampering with a motor vehicle. Earlier Wednesday, he had been formally charged with one count of first-degree burglary in Cole County.
According to the Cole County Sheriff's Department, Hill is believed to have broken into a home in the 2200 block of Saddlebrooke Lake Road on Aug. 24.
