It’s an annual tradition.
The Jefferson City Jays usually enter the soccer season comfortable with their defense, but wonder where the scoring will come from. That’s been turned 180 degrees as the Jays prepared for today’s home opener against defending Illinois Class 1 state champion Quincy Notre Dame.
“It’s definitely a different situation for us,” Jays coach Eddie Horn said.
