Helias hungry for another shot at Final Four

The Helias Crusaders got a taste of the soccer Final Four last season. As the Crusaders prepared for today’s season-opener at Kirksville, they’d sure like to go back for seconds.

“Hopefully by the end of the season, we’re in a position to make another run at it,” Helias coach Chuck Register said.

Helias finished fourth in the Class 2 state tournament last season, posting playoff wins over Warrensburg (1-0) and Bolivar (2-0) to advance to the Final Four. Helias then ....
