The Helias softball team will play its season opener at 6:30 p.m. today against Rolla at Duensing Field, and the game can't come quick enough for the team.
"We're definitely ready to go," Helias coach Dan Campbell said. "You can tell the intensity level in practice is going down by the day. ... But the girls have been working really hard, I've been pleased. We're just ready to play and see where we're at."
