WARDSVILLE, Mo. — Blair Oaks knew there wasn’t much room for error when facing St. Elizabeth’s Erin Struemph.

Spotting the Lady Hornets’ ace seven runs, forget about it.

The Lady Falcons committed four errors and allowed five unearned runs in a 7-4 season-opening loss to St. Elizabeth on Wednesday at the Falcon Athletic Complex.
