WARDSVILLE, Mo. — Things just kept getting better and better for California as the night went on.
After a sluggish start, the Pintos sprang to life to defeat Moberly 12-0 and Owensville 30-0 in a Jamboree on Friday night at the Falcon Athletic Complex.
“It felt like we started out a little slow, but that’s natural,” California head football coach Marty Albertson said. “We gained a little momentum as we got into the quickness of the game.”
