Looking to her future, Jordan Bray was online looking for scholarships for college when she stumbled across the Epic Book Drive Challenge on www.dosomething.org.
The next thing she did was recruit a few friends to help her.
The team of three — Bray, Beth Williams and Janey Rasco — joined together and in three weeks they were able to collect more than 1,300 books to donate to Missouri River Regional Library, all the while applying for a scholarship.
“You have to look at any and all opportunities for scholarships,” Bray said.
