Helias football shifting into gear

The Helias Crusaders are about to kick it into game mode. Saturday was Picture Day for the Crusaders, with smiles all around and hair firmly in place.

Monday, the practice atmosphere will be amped up as the Crusaders prepare for the Jamboree on Friday at St. Clair.

“We’ll do a little bit more than we do during a usual game week, but we will pick up the intensity and the physical stuff in practice to start to get ready,” Helias coach Phil Pitts said.
