Driver involved in crash that killed 3 receives probation

An Eldon woman involved in a multiple-fatality accident in February was placed on two years probation for pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of failure to drive on the right side of the road.

Emily Frakes, 19, was driving Feb. 28 on Missouri 52 near Brown Road in Miller County.

Frakes crossed the center line and went into the path of a vehicle carrying Marty R. Wilcox, 36, his wife, Elisa, 27, and their 3-year-old son, Marty, all of Eldon, killing all three.

The couples’ 2-day-old son, Gabriel received moderate injuries.

Frakes received serious injuries.
