Bland man charged with theft at charcoal plant

The Maries County prosecutor has charged a Bland man in connection with a weekend theft at a charcoal plant.

Richard L. Carbaugh, 45, is charged with first-degree property damage and stealing.

Carbaugh was in the Maries County Jail on $11,000 bond Tuesday afternoon.
