After 20 years wearing a black robe and helping rule on Missouri laws, William Ray Price Jr. today is just a former judge about to resume a career as a lawyer.
On his first day of retirement from the Missouri Supreme Court, Price is joining the St. Louis-based Armstrong Teasdale law firm.
