Fair auction brings out area teens to show off stock

More than 100 people auctioned off their livestock Wednesday at the Jefferson City Jaycees Fair.
Nikki Kresl, 17 and a senior at Blair Oaks High School, brought her 1,440-pound steer, Bud, to be auctioned off at the 4-H and FFA Market Livestock Auction.
“He’s my nicest one,” Kresl said.
