Two women arrested on meth charges

Police arrested Toni Thiele, 43, one of two people listed as owning the home, for "possession of precursors with intent to manufacture methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of heroin," a news release said.

Alexandria Koetters, 19, who also lives in the home, was arrested "for two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia."

The news release also noted: "Due to the poor living conditions and narcotics use, child endangerment charges are pending as well."

The arrests came after the Jefferson City Police Department's SWAT Team served a search warrant about 9:30 a.m. Thursday, at 901 Ihler Rd.

Police reported finding "three separate homemade labs used in the production of methamphetamines, along with multiple precursory items used to manufacture meth."

Officers also said they found a variety of unidentified pills, some heroin and "several items of drug paraphernalia typically associated with the use of heroin."
