Professional eater and bodybuilder Randy Santel will attempt to be the first man to conquer Moose Brothers BBQ's "Mega Moose Challenge" at 6 p.m. Saturday.
The challenge consists of a full rack of ribs, one pound pork, one pound brisket, one pound chicken and one pound of French fries. Santel is continuing his quest to build his reputation as the ultimate fitness and eating competitor.
Jefferson City's Moose Brothers BBQ, 2314 Lorenzo Greene Dr., was contacted by Santel when he heard of the outrageous eating challenge they host on their menu.
