Mule Relays results

WARRENSBURG — Several area athletes posted top-eight finishes in the Mule Relays held Friday.

The top result among the area females came from Central Methodist’s Rebeca Barajas (Southern Boone High School), who won the triple jump (37-1 1/4).

William Woods’ Alex Apperson (Eldon High School) also had a good day, as she came in second in the 800-meter run (2:21.31).

On the men’s side, Central Missouri’s Jacob White (Southern Boone High School) won the 400-meter dash (49.60).

Competing unattached, Dan Raithel (Blair Oaks High School) finished third in the hammer throw (209-2).
