This one goes to 11.
The Helias Lady Crusaders stretched their unbeaten streak to 11 straight games Monday night, using a record-setting performance by Lexi Melcher and a stifling defense to blank the Fulton Lady Hornets 6-0 at 179 Soccer Park.
"Everybody is working well together," Helias coach Chuck Register said. "When you get on a streak like this, it is truly a team effort. They support each other."
Melcher set a Helias record with four assists in the contest. Helias also got three goals from Courtney Lock, who picked up her second hat trick of the season.
