Jefferson City symphony honors high school musicians

The Jefferson City Symphony Orchestra (JCSO) recognized two of its members — William Reagan and Shannon Merciel — who are high school seniors at its last concert of the season Tuesday.

A Jefferson City High School senior, Reagan received the Lawrence Woodman-Robert Mansur Senior Student Service Award.
