Helias blanks Smith-Cotton 5-0

SEDALIA, Mo. — The Helias Lady Crusaders are on a roll heading into the Capital City Invitational.

Helias picked up its seventh straight victory and fifth consecutive shutout with a 5-0 win over Sedalia Smith-Cotton on Wednesday.

The Lady Crusaders picked up all five of their goals in the first half. Tiffany Weaver picked up two goals in just her second game in returning from an injury. Liz Loethen, Kaitlin Brauner and Jordan Poire each found the back of the net once.
