Twenty-two years ago, Alease Howard walked out of her home on Marshall Street where Jefferson City High School students used to gather, doing "what high school kids do before school," looked down and found a class ring.
Every couple of years, Howard said, she reaches out to officials in the Jefferson City Public Schools in an attempt to locate "Randy," the lost ring's owner. She also said she has been in touch with the athletic department.
