Lincoln’s Thomas to join Drake Relays Hall of Fame

For years, the athletes coached by Victor Thomas have been giving great performances at the Drake Relays. As a result, the Drake Relays are giving a great honor to Thomas.

Thomas, who is in the midst of his 11th season as the Lincoln University track and field coach, will be honored by this year’s event hosted by Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. Thomas, along with one other coach and two athletes, will be inducted into the Drake Relays Hall of Fame.

Thomas, who has coached athletes to 39 titles at the Drake Relays since 1996, becomes the 80th member of the Drake Relays Coaches Hall of Fame, which began in 1977.
