Public input sought on proposed Jefferson City projects

Jefferson City will host three town meetings starting late this month, looking for public input on city issues and various potential projects.

At the Parks and Recreation Commission meeting Tuesday, department Director Bill Lockwood said Mayor Eric Struemph has planned the three meetings to follow up on city issues that have been long discussed. Lockwood said more details would be available in the next couple of weeks, but the meetings will be a sort of follow up to Transformation.

“The idea is to ... try to get a feel for whether more effort should be put in to accomplish some of those things or not,” he said.
