Fatima gets past Eugene

10-1 in baseball

WESTPHALIA — Patrick Schnieders had a home run and three doubles Tuesday to power the Fatima Comets to a 10-1 victory over the Eugene Eagles.

Jake Plassmeyer went the distance for the Fatima to get the victory.

Garrett Haslag had two hits for Eugene. He took the loss on the mound.

Fatima (6-1), which won the JV game 4-3, is back in action Thursday at Blair Oaks.

Eugene (8-2) will play Thursday at St. Elizabeth.
