Jays continue skid at Capital City Invitational

The Jays had hoped to use the Capital City Invitational to get out of its recent funk that has caused them to drop five straight games.

Instead, the tournament was a repeat of the recent skid and left Jefferson City with more answers than questions.

The Jays — now 1-7 — are left to play for seventh after a 7-3 loss to Rockwood Summit followed by a 10-1 loss to Hickman.
