Spicer, Duke win spots on Blair Oaks board

School board races dominated Tuesday’s elections in Cole County.

In the Blair Oaks School District, Brad Spicer and William James Duke won the two openings on the school board.

“We are blessed to have the involvement of a lot of parents in this district,” Brad Spicer on Tuesday night said, “and I want to make it an even better school district.”
