Helias tops Rock Bridge in penalty kicks

It was a familiar story, just with a different ending.

The last three soccer seasons, the Helias Lady Crusaders and Rock Bridge Bruins went extra time to decide the outcome.

They made it 4-for-4 on Wednesday at the 179 Soccer Park. But this time, Helias won.

“It’s good to win one,” Helias coach Chuck Register said after the Lady Crusaders defeated the Bruins 3-2 in penalty kicks.
