FULTON, Mo. - The William Woods Owls split a doubleheader with Missouri Baptist on Saturday, dropping the first game 8-0 before rallying for a 5-1 win in the second.
The Owls rode a commanding performance by Adam Brush (Southern Boone High School) to a win in the nightcap, as he threw a four-hitter and gave up just one unearned run. He struck out a whopping 13 batters and did not walk anyone.
