Helias now 4-0 after 5-0 win over Camdenton

CAMDENTON — The Helias Crusaders got strong pitching and hitting performances from Blake Monson in a 5-0 win Monday over Camdenton.

Monson picked up the win on the mound, as he pitched the first five innings and gave up just two hits while striking out two.

Trevor Schnieders pitched the final two innings and allowed three hits with two strikeouts.

At the plate, Monson had one hit and one RBI as part of a balanced offensive effort.
