Lincoln falls

The Lincoln Blue Tigers managed just a pair of singles wins while dropping a 7-2 decision to Missouri Western in tennis action Saturday at the Jefferson City Country Club.

Missouri Western got its first Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association win of the year with the victory, improving to 1-3 in the conference and 3-6 overall.

Lincoln, which dropped to 0-7 overall and 0-4 in the MIAA, will host Stephens College in a non-conference dual Wednesday at the Country Club.
