Armed Robbery at Breaktime on Ellis 9-28-2011

On September 28, 2011 at about 3:00 a.m., two suspects entered the Breaktime Convenience Store, located at 326 Ellis Boulevard and demanded money from the clerk. One of the suspects displayed a black handgun, and both suspects went behind the cash register and had the clerk open the cash drawer. No one else was in the business at the time of the robbery.

The suspects are two black males, thin to medium build, and approximately 6' tall. Both were wearing black, with some covering over their faces, and only one appeared to be armed.

The suspects left the scene with an undetermined amount of cash, and no one was hurt during the robbery. Jefferson City Police Detectives are now investigating.
