Holts Summit board proposes $2.9 million budget

A proposed operating budget for fiscal year 2012 was delivered Monday to the Holts Summit Board of Aldermen at its monthly work session.
The budget proposes total revenues for fiscal year 2012 will be roughly $2.9 million, up from 2011 revenues of $2.5 million.
The latest revenue projection includes grant funding for a South Summit street improvement project, as well as a Safe Routes to School grant administered by MoDOT.
