Jays win four games, lose key contributor

In the big picture, four wins means it was a successful weekend for the Jefferson City Jays.

But there’s more to it than the big picture.

Late in the first half of Friday night’s 2-0 win over Joplin in the Capital City Invitational at the 179 Soccer Park, Tanner Bone of the Jays suffered a broken leg and will miss the rest of his senior season.
