Girls Tennis: Lady Jays split

EDWARDSVILLE, Ill. -- Led by strong efforts from Molly Higgins and Eden Hoogveld, the Jefferson City Lady Jays wrapped up play in the Southern Illinois Invitational by going 1-1 on Saturday.

Higgins, playing No. 1 singles, and Hoogveld, holding down the No. 3 spot, each went 3-0 in singles in the two-day event.
