A neighborhood improvement project has been recommended to the Jefferson City Council for Broadway Street upgrades.
At the Public Works and Planning Committee meeting Thursday, members approved a recommendation for a $157,000 project on the 500 and 600 blocks of Broadway Street that would put in new curbs, gutters and sidewalks on both sides of the street.
