Council approves JCMG rezoning

The Jefferson City Council has approved rezoning requests to allow for an expansion of the Jefferson City Medical Group, or JCMG, on West Stadium Boulevard.

At the council meeting Monday, council members voted to approve two rezoning requests and an amendment to a preliminary planned unit development proposal from the medical group.

Contractors and partners with JCMG have described an expansion plan for the medical group, which would include a new building and additional parking spaces in three separate areas.
