A Jefferson City-based company has been acquired by a St. Louis-based firm in a transaction valued at $4.5 million.
GFI Digital Inc., a print management and network services firm out of St. Louis, recently announced its acquisition of Advanced Image Systems LLC, a digital office solutions firm out of Jefferson City.
