The Jefferson City Finance Committee is asking the City Council to discuss an option to address issues regarding a sewer agreement with St. Martins.
At its meeting Thursday, the committee heard a plan proposed by city staff to allow a 25-year agreement with St. Martins to expire in April 2014.
The option sent to the council Thursday calls for renegotiating the maintenance and treatment agreement.
