Pinkel upset with Missouri’s defense after loss

COLUMBIA, Mo. — There was a lot to dissect when analyzing Missouri’s 37-30 overtime loss Friday to Arizona State.

But there was one statistic that stuck out in Missouri coach Gary Pinkel’s mind: five plays for 191 yards. Arizona State torched the Missouri defense for multiple big plays on its way to 388 passing yards.
