Pfc. Chris Crespin didn’t even make it out to his wife’s table. She spotted him from across the room, jumped out of her chair and ran into his arms.

Crespin arrived home Wednesday after being deployed in Kuwait for 11 months. He wanted to surprise his wife, Heather Crespin, by walking out to her table with roses as she waited to order for what she thought was just an ordinary family meal.
