HOLTS SUMMIT, Mo. — The seemingly never-ending sewer improvement project continues as the Holts Summit Board of Aldermen voted Monday to enter into negotiations with a financial advisor, a standard practice for this kind of project.

Provident Capital LLC was ruled the financial advisor of choice for the project, despite one opposing vote from Alderwoman Pamela Murray.
