Ms. Ratliff thank you for twenty years of service, but it is time for you move on; however the NAACP should be veeeeery careful with who replaces her. Mr. Chapel may not be the best person for this position...just ask his previous subordinates, peers and superiors at the Dept of Labor & Industrial Relations.

Once relavent, now a sad and openly racist organization, the NAACP's time has past, while they remain embarrassingly present in 2011. Hands out, guilt drying up, no future in the hate business. Why is anything they do internally news? We don't expect white supreamists, or La Raza reports either. Thank You .

Valid points, Spankthefed. Adding to the sadness is the NAACP and those who support the organization don't think they are racist - the rest of the world is.

They got to keep the controversy and hatred stirred up, otherwise there is no need for the organization.

Saddens me to see how a lot of people love this racist organization, but they don' see how the organization is harming them.
