Crusaders win on late field goal

Aaron Vossen and the Helias Crusaders put together a late four-quarter drive Friday night that gave Anthony Woodruff enough room to boot a 21-yard field to lift Helias to a 23-21 win over Quincy (Ill.) Notre Dame.

Trailing 21-20, Helias got the ball back with less than two minutes left to play when Vossen hooked up with Cole Distler for a 24-yard gain and an 11-yard pickup before finding Woodruff on a 14-yard gain to get to the Notre Dame 19.
