Dear Editor:
Having spent many years dealing with serious and fatal accidents, the photo on the front page of the local section on Sept. 4 of a child 4 years of age operating a four-wheeler in a parade sent a chill up my spine.
I am getting older with no time to explain or debate such "common sense" issues. So let's just say I can't believe the folks that would allow this sort of thing.
