One man was killed in a Friday afternoon shooting near Eugene, authorities said.
Cole County Sheriff Greg White said the investigation will take several days, and more information will be released as the investigation continues.
Authorities would not release the names of the victim or the shooter. Officials said they know the identity of the shooter, but no arrests have been made.
