Real-life stories were at the forefront of Red Ribbon Week activities at Calvary Lutheran High School this week.
The school held its first powder puff football game Friday afternoon in support of the theme “Don’t Get a Score off of Drugs — Score a Touchdown.”
In the classroom Thursday, students wrote their own obituaries.
Following Monday’s theme “Don’t Get Spiked on Alcohol,” a speaker discussed her struggles to overcome addiction.
