To say the Jefferson City Lady Jays had their backs against the wall would be a huge understatement.

It was more like they had their backs against the back of the wall, then had to break through it.

On a night when the Lady Jays had the end of their season staring them in the face repeatedly, they lived to fight another day by capturing the championship of the Class 4 District 10 Volleyball Tournament.
