Two local residents have requested the city look into widening and providing assigned spaces in the Madison Street parking garage after a number of incidents there.
At the Jefferson City Public Works and Planning Committee meeting Thursday, Deanna Borland, speaking on behalf of herself and Brent Hemphill, said the two have had their cars "dinged" and even hit by others parking in the garage.
