After a lifetime in baseball, Smith turns his attention to golf

Since his retirement from baseball in 1996, Ozzie Smith has used golf to satiate his desire for competition. Now he’s giving back to the game that has given him so much.

Smith, the former 15-time All-Star shortstop with the St. Louis Cardinals and a current amateur golfer, participated in the inaugural Missouri Golf Day on Tuesday at Jefferson City Country Club.
