St. Louis man accused in road rage killing

ST. LOUIS (AP) - A St. Louis man is charged with first-degree murder for allegedly shooting a man during a road rage incident.

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch (http://bit.ly/nlsc0x) reports that 32-year-old John Dailey is accused of shooting 19-year-old Christopher Walton-Jones during a quarrel involving people in two moving vehicles. The shooting happened Sept. 21.

Police say Walton-Jones was driving a car that was nearly struck by a pickup truck. The passenger riding with Walton-Jones began to argue with the pickup driver. Police say Dailey, who was in the pickup, fired a shot at Walton-Jones' car, fatally striking him under the armpit.
