Russellville wins girls cross country title

WESTPHALIA, Mo. — Russellville topped Fatima with 23 points to capture the Show-Me Conference girls title.

The Lady Indians finished with 23 points while Fatima had 38.

Chamois runner Addie Mengwasser was the top individual finisher with a time of 21:09.
