HAINAN, China (AP) - Rory McIlroy and Graeme McDowell shot an 8-under 64 in better-ball play Saturday to give Ireland a two-stroke lead in the World Cup.

McIlroy and Graeme McDowell, both from Northern Ireland, had a 21-under 195 total on Mission Hills' Blackstone Course. Americans Gary Woodland and Matt Kuchar (63) were tied for second with Germany's Alex Cejka and Martin Kaymer (61) and South Africa's Charl Schwartzel and Louis Oosthuizen (61).

The 28 teams will play an alternate-shot round Sunday.

AUSTRALIAN PGA

COOLUM, Australia (AP) - South Korea's K.T. Kim shot a bogey-free 5-under 67 to take a one-stroke lead over American Bubba Watson into the final round of the Australian PGA.

Kim, who played for the losing International side at the Presidents Cup at Royal Melbourne last week, had a 13-under 203 total on the Hyatt Regency resort course.

Watson, a U.S. Presidents Cup player, shot a 67.

Australia's Aaron Baddeley was 10 under after a 67.

SOUTH AFRICAN OPEN

JOHANNESBURG (AP) - South Africa's Hennie Otto shot a 7-under 65 to take a three-stroke lead after the third rounds of the South African Open.

Otto had seven birdies and an eagle to reach 14 under on the Jack Nicklaus-designed Serengeti course. Sweden's Magnus Carlsson (66) was tied for second with South Africans Retief Goosen (71), Thomas Aiken (68) and Garth Mulroy (70). Defending champion Ernie Els was 2 under after a 76.
